I still use SOFTWARE I either developed or modified in the 80's. These are DOS based software packages that allow me to input my own material. They were the foundation of Cyber English before the WWW and now serve as the foundation for cyber school. It is not a circle, it is a spiral and Cyber English is the pedagogical driving force. The webpage is crucial. It is the anchor, HOME for all the links and the place where work is collected and displayed. The owner controls the webpage and then uses "Google" to share documents. Use all the other applications, via links from the webpage, a blog, bookmarks, pictures, a wiki, and more to accomplish your goals. These tools provide more diversity for the webmaster.
